Any type of data that represents an outbound communication, such as an email, text message, or digital ad.

Any type of data that represents a person, including about their origin, interaction, membership in segments, and donation history.

Any type of data that represents a donation or monetary gift. Common fields imported from ActBlue include: amount, timestamp, source code, referring page, recurring status, donor ID, refunds, and tandem amounts.

How to integrate this plugin:

Create an Engine9 user in Engaging Networks with Super-Admin permissions
Authorize the EN plugin in Engine9
Data will import from EN at regular intervals.

Clean user interface - Switchboard is well-designed and easy to navigate, for bots and users.

No API - we'd love to have more automated tools to access Switchboard.

Multiuser accounts are a little messy - agency accounts with multiple clients can get messy to manage.
