Any type of data that represents an outbound communication, such as an email, text message, or digital ad.

Any type of data that represents a person, including about their origin, interaction, membership in segments, and donation history.

Any type of data that represents a donation or monetary gift. Common fields imported from ActBlue include: amount, timestamp, source code, referring page, recurring status, donor ID, refunds, and tandem amounts.

How to integrate this plugin:

Create an Engine9 user in Engaging Networks with Super-Admin permissions
Authorize the EN plugin in Engine9
Data will import from EN at regular intervals.

Partnerships & community: EN has a robust and active community of users and partners who support each other and collaborate

Cons

Poor API support: while EN has several APIs, none of them are fully functional and scalable for bulk data export.

Confusing data models & UI: The data model for transactional data is really confusing, and their new messaging infrastructure (which covers email and SMS) is also confusing to navigate and use.‍

Origin Source Codes: EN can potentially load duplicate origin source codes for people during the export process, which can cause wrinkles in lifetime value reporting.
